Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The ONET1101L is a high-speed 3.3-V laser driver for direct modulation at 2 Gbps to 11.3 Gbps.
· Features a two-wire serial interface for digital control of modulation, bias currents, and cross point.
· Includes an optional input equalizer for up to 300 mm of transmission line on FR4 PCBs.
· Integrated with an automatic power control (APC) loop and laser safety circuitry.
· Operates from -25°C to 100°C case temperature in a 4mm × 4mm, 24-pin RoHS-compliant QFN package.



FEATURES

· Operates up to 11.3 Gbps with a single +3.3 V supply.
· Digitally selectable modulation current up to 80 mA and bias current up to 100 mA.
· Small surface mount footprint of 4mm × 4mm.
· Supports transceiver management system (TMS) and includes laser safety features.
· Programmable input equalizer and cross-point control.
