DESCRIPTION

· The ONET1151M is a high-speed, 3.3-V modulator driver designed for data rates from 1 Gbps to 11.35 Gbps.
· It modulates a differentially driven Mach Zehnder Modulator with controllable output amplitude via external voltage.
· Features a 2-wire serial interface for digital control of equalizer, pre-emphasis, eye crossing point, rise/fall times, and amplitude.
· Includes output waveform control like pre-emphasis, cross-point adjustment, and rise/fall time adjustment to enhance optical eye mask margin.
· Optional input equalizer provides 10 dB boost at 5 GHz for equalization up to 300 mm of transmission line on FR4 PCBs.
· Operates from -40°C to 100°C and comes in a compact 3-mm x 3-mm 16-pin RoHS compliant QFN package.
