DESCRIPTION

· The PI74VCX16244 is a 16-bit buffer/driver designed for 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers/transmitters.
· It can be configured as four 4-bit buffers, two 8-bit buffers, or one 16-bit buffer.
· Features true outputs and symmetrical active-low output-enable (OE) inputs.
· Ensures high-impedance state during power up/down by tying OE to Vcc via a pullup resistor.
· I/O Tolerant, compatible with 1.8V to 3.6V systems.

FEATURES

· Operates at low voltage (1.8V to 3.6V).
· 3.6V tolerant inputs and outputs.
· Supports live insertion.
· Balanced drive with ±24mA capability.
· Utilizes patented noise reduction circuitry.
· Low output ground bounce (VOLP < 0.6V) and undershoot (VOHV < -0.6V) at 2.5V.
· High impedance during power-off.
· Industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
· Available in 48-pin TSSOP packaging (Pb-free & Green options).
