DESCRIPTION

· The SN54ABT16244 and SN74ABT16244A are 16-bit buffers and line drivers designed to enhance the performance and density of 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters.

· These devices can function as four 4-bit buffers, two 8-bit buffers, or one 16-bit buffer, providing true outputs and symmetrical OE (active-low output-enable) inputs.

· The SN54ABT16244 operates over a military temperature range of –55°C to 125°C, while the SN74ABT16244A operates from –40°C to 85°C.

· High-drive outputs with –32-mA I_OH and 64-mA I_OL, available in various package options including DL, DGG, DGV, and WD packages.
