DESCRIPTION

· The TC74LCX540F/FK is a high-performance CMOS octal bus buffer designed for 3.3-V systems, offering high-speed operation with low power dissipation. It supports low-voltage (3.3 V) VCC applications and can interface with 5 V supply environments for both inputs and outputs. The device features inverting 3-state buffers with two active-low output enables, placing outputs in a high-impedance state when either 1OE or 2OE is high. It is suitable for use with 3-state memory address drivers and includes protection circuits against static discharge on all inputs.
