DESCRIPTION

· The TC74VHC165 is a high-speed CMOS 8-bit parallel/serial-in, serial-out shift register.

· It uses silicon gate C2MOS technology for high-speed operation similar to Bipolar Schottky TTL.

· It features a gated clock input for serial shifting or parallel loading of data.

· Input protection allows 0 to 5.5V input regardless of supply voltage.
