DESCRIPTION

· The TC74VHC595 is a high-speed 8-bit shift register/latch fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.
· It features an 8-bit static shift register feeding an 8-bit storage register, enabling shift operations on the positive transition of SCK and loading the output register on the positive transition of RCK.
· Independent RCK and SCK signals allow stable parallel outputs during shift operations, with 3-state outputs for direct connection to an 8-bit bus.
· Suitable for serial-to-parallel conversion and data receivers, it includes an input protection circuit for voltages from 0 to 5.5 V, facilitating interfacing between 5 V and 3 V systems.
