DESCRIPTION

· The TC7SPN334L6X is a CMOS high-speed single-bit bus buffer designed for interfacing subsystems operating at different voltage levels between 1.1 V and 3.6 V.
· It supports dual-supply operation with VCCA of 1.2 V, 1.5 V, 1.8 V, or 2.5 V and VCCB of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V.
· Features overvoltage tolerance and power-down protection up to 3.6 V.
