DESCRIPTION

· The TL1431 is a precision programmable reference with thermal stability across automotive, commercial, and military temperature ranges.

· Output voltage can be set between VI(ref) (approx. 2.5V) and 36V using two external resistors.

· Features a typical output impedance of 0.2Ω and sharp turn-on characteristics.

· Ideal for replacing Zener diodes in applications like onboard regulation, adjustable power supplies, and switching power supplies.
