Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The TLC04/MF4A-50 and TLC14/MF4A-100 are monolithic Butterworth low-pass switched-capacitor filters.

· Designed for low-cost, easy-to-use applications with accurate fourth-order low-pass filter functions.

· Cutoff frequency stability depends solely on external-clock frequency stability.

· Clock-to-cutoff frequency ratios: 50:1 for TLC04/MF4A-50 (±0.8% error) and 100:1 for TLC14/MF4A-100 (±1% error).

· Available in various temperature ranges: 0°C to 70°C, -40°C to 85°C, and -55°C to 125°C.



FEATURES

· Low clock-to-cutoff-frequency ratio error: ±0.8% for TLC04/MF4A-50 and ±1% for TLC14/MF4A-100.

· Cutoff frequency range: 0.1 Hz to 30 kHz with VCC± = ±2.5 V.

· Operates from 5-V to 12-V.

· Self-clocking or TTL/CMOS-compatible clock inputs.

· Low supply-voltage sensitivity.

· Interchangeable with National MF4-50 and MF4-100.
