DESCRIPTION

· The TMP61 is a silicon-based linear thermistor with a positive temperature coefficient (PTC), offering linear resistance change across temperature.

· It features a nominal resistance of 10 kΩ at 25°C with a maximum tolerance of ±1% from 0°C to 70°C.

· The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and has a consistent sensitivity of 6400 ppm/°C at 25°C.

· It includes built-in fail-safe for short-circuit failures and exhibits a typical long-term sensor drift of 0.5%.

· Available in 0402 X1SON, 0603 SOT-5X3, and 2-pin through-hole TO-92S packages.
