DESCRIPTION

· The TMP63 is a silicon-based linear thermistor with a positive temperature coefficient (PTC), offering a nominal resistance of 100 kΩ at 25°C. It features a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +150°C and a fast thermal response time of 0.6 seconds. The device is designed for long-term reliability with minimal sensor drift and built-in fail-safe mechanisms for short-circuit failures. Available in 0402 and 0603 package options, it is ideal for precise temperature monitoring and thermal compensation applications.
