DESCRIPTION

· The TMP63-Q1 is a silicon-based linear thermistor with a positive temperature coefficient (PTC), designed for automotive applications.

· It offers linear resistance change across temperature with a nominal resistance of 100 kΩ at 25°C and a maximum tolerance of ±1% from 0°C to 70°C.

· The device features a fast thermal response time of 0.6 s and a long lifetime with robust performance, including built-in fail-safe for short-circuit failures.

· Available in 0402 and 0603 package options, it is suitable for close placement to heat sources and quick response times.
