DESCRIPTION

· The TMP64-Q1 is a silicon-based linear thermistor with a positive temperature coefficient (PTC), designed for automotive applications.

· It offers linear resistance change across temperature with a nominal resistance of 47 kΩ at 25°C.

· Features include fast thermal response time, long lifetime, robust performance, and built-in fail-safe for short-circuit failures.

· Available in 0402 and 0603 package options, it is suitable for close placement to heat sources.



FEATURES

· Automotive qualifications with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and Grade 0 temperature options.

· Consistent sensitivity across temperature with a TCR of 6400 ppm/°C at 25°C.

· Fast thermal response time of 0.6 seconds and typical long-term sensor drift of 0.5%.

· Low power consumption and small thermal mass minimize self-heating impact.



APPLICATIONS
