DESCRIPTION

· The UC5601 is a precision active terminator for SCSI and SCSI-2 standards, providing resistive pull-up to a 2.9V reference for all 18 lines in a SCSI bus cable.

· It features internal circuit trimming to ensure resistor tolerances of ±3% and accurate termination current of ±3%.

· The device includes a disconnect function that disables all terminating resistors and turns off the regulator to minimize standby power.

· It is available in 28-pin wide body SOIC, PLCC, and 24-pin DIL plastic packages.
