DESCRIPTION



· The UCC3919 family of hot swap power managers provides complete power management, hot swap, and fault handling capabilities.

· Features a duty ratio current limiting technique for peak load capability while limiting average power dissipation of the external pass transistor during fault conditions.

· Offers two reset modes: one with automatic retries at user-defined rates and another with latching off until manual reset.

· Includes an on-board charge pump circuit for gate voltage of an external N-channel power FET.
