DESCRIPTION

· The UCC5614 provides 9 lines of active termination for SCSI parallel bus.

· Ideal for high performance 3.3-V SCSI systems.

· Features a 0.1-V drop-out regulator and a 2.7-V reference for low operating voltage.

· Ultra low channel capacitance of 1.8 pF minimizes signal integrity issues.

· Designed for battery-powered systems with a supply current of only 0.5 µA in disconnect mode.
