DESCRIPTION

· The UJA1169L is a mini high-speed CAN companion System Basis Chip (SBC) designed for applications requiring multiple transceivers or additional power supply resources.
· It includes an ISO 11898-2:201x compliant HS-CAN transceiver and a 5 V 250 mA scalable supply for additional transceivers or other loads.
· The chip features a watchdog, SPI, and supports low-current Standby and Sleep modes with wake-up capabilities.
· It is available in four variants, some with additional 5 V regulators for internal or external components.
