DESCRIPTION

· The UJA1169L is a mini high-speed CAN companion System Basis Chip (SBC) designed for applications requiring multiple transceivers or additional power supply resources.

· It features an ISO 11898-2:201x compliant HS-CAN transceiver and a scalable 5V 250mA supply for additional loads.

· Includes a watchdog and SPI interface, supporting low-current Standby and Sleep modes with wake-up capabilities.

· Offers a dedicated VIO input pin to prevent reverse supply currents, enhancing compatibility with different supply domains.

· Available in four variants, some with additional 5V regulators for internal or external components.

· Supports CAN FD-passive partial networking, allowing devices to ignore CAN FD traffic in low-power modes.
