DESCRIPTION

· The UJA1169L is a mini high-speed CAN companion System Basis Chip (SBC) designed for applications requiring additional transceivers or power supply resources.

· It features an ISO 11898-2:201x compliant HS-CAN transceiver and an integrated 5 V 250 mA scalable supply (V1).

· The chip includes a watchdog, SPI interface, and supports low-current Standby and Sleep modes with wake-up capabilities.

· It resolves reverse supply current issues with a dedicated VIO input pin, adapting to various supply domains.

· Available in four variants, offering additional 5 V regulators or off-board component supplies, with some supporting CAN FD-passive partial networking.
