DESCRIPTION

· The ADN3010-11 is a high-speed optical receiver integrating a germanium photodiode, TIA, and LA for enhanced performance and reliability.

· Designed for easy optical coupling with a 50 µm diameter photodetector and optimized for 1310 nm wavelength with an antireflective coating.

· Operates at data rates up to 11.3 Gbps with a power consumption of 102 mW from a 3.3 V supply.

· Features a power monitor output proportional to the average photocurrent and supports a wide wavelength range from 850 nm to 1565 nm.

· Available in die form, suitable for industrial applications across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

FEATURES

· Integrated SiGe PIN photodiode, transimpedance amplifier (TIA), and limiting amplifier (LA) for compact design.

· Power monitor output with a sensitivity of 1.0 A/W at O band wavelengths.

· Input sensitivity of POMA = -16.5 dBm and PAVE = -17.3 dBm at 10.52 Gbps.

· Differential output swing of 460 mV p-p and on-chip power monitor function.

· Die size of 0.835 mm × 0.675 mm, optimized for 1310 nm applications.
