DESCRIPTION

· The MAX40203 is an ideal diode current-switch with a forward voltage drop significantly lower than Schottky diodes.

· It operates with a 90mV voltage drop at 1A and limits output current to 2A during short-circuits or fast power-ups.

· The device supports a supply voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V and features a typical supply current of 300nA.

· It is available in a 0.77mm x 0.77mm, 4-bump WLP and a 5-pin SOT23 package, suitable for -40°C to +125°C automotive applications.
