DESCRIPTION

· The MC10/100EP33 is an integrated divider with differential clock inputs.
· It features a VBB pin for internal voltage supply, used as a reference for single-ended inputs.
· The reset pin is asynchronous, synchronizing multiple EP33 devices upon powerup.
· The 100 Series includes temperature compensation.

FEATURES

· Propagation delay of 320 ps.
· Maximum frequency exceeds 4 GHz.
· Operates in PECL mode (VCC = 3.0 V to 5.5 V) and NECL mode (VEE = -3.0 V to -5.5 V).
· Features open input default state and safety clamp on inputs.
· Q output defaults LOW with inputs open or at VEE.
