DESCRIPTION

· The MC74HC160A is a high-performance silicon-gate CMOS presettable BCD counter with an asynchronous reset input.

· It is pin-compatible with the LS160 and features inputs compatible with standard CMOS outputs, and with pull-up resistors, compatible with LSTTL outputs.

· The device operates within a voltage range of 2 to 6 volts and is compliant with JEDEC Standard No. 7A.

· It is a Pb-free device with a chip complexity of 234 FETs or 58.5 equivalent gates.
