DESCRIPTION

· The NPIC6C4894 is a 12-stage serial shift register with storage latches for each stage, facilitating data transfer from serial input to parallel open-drain outputs.
· Data shifts on positive clock transitions and transfers to the storage register when the latch enable is HIGH.
· Outputs are controlled by the output enable input, with high-impedance OFF-state when LOW.
· Features two serial outputs for cascading devices, optimized for different clock rise times.
· Designed with 33V/100mA extended-drain NMOS transistors, suitable for moderate load power applications like LEDs.
· Integrated voltage clamps protect against inductive transients, ideal for power driver applications such as relays and solenoids.
