Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The SNx4AHCT123A is a dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator with edge-triggered functionality.

· It offers three methods for controlling output pulse duration, involving the A, B, and CLR inputs.

· The output pulse duration is programmable via external resistance and capacitance values.

· The device supports variable pulse durations by using an external variable resistor.

· The output pulse can be terminated by taking the CLR input low.



FEATURES

· TTL-voltage compatible inputs.

· Schmitt-trigger circuitry on A, B, and CLR inputs for handling slow input transitions.

· Edge-triggered from active-high or active-low gated logic inputs.

· Retriggerable for generating very long output pulses.

· Overriding clear function to terminate the output pulse.

· Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78, class II.
