DESCRIPTION

· The TMCS1107 is a galvanically isolated Hall-effect current sensor for DC or AC current measurement, offering high accuracy, excellent linearity, and temperature stability. It features a low-drift, temperature-compensated signal chain with <3% full-scale error across the temperature range. The device uses an internal 1.8-mΩ conductor to generate a magnetic field measured by an integrated Hall-effect sensor, eliminating the need for external concentrators. It provides a 420-V lifetime working voltage and 3-kV RMS basic isolation, with integrated electrical shielding for common-mode rejection and transient immunity.
