DESCRIPTION

· The ADS129x and ADS129xR are multichannel, simultaneous sampling, 24-bit, delta-sigma ADCs with built-in PGAs, internal reference, and onboard oscillator.

· Designed for medical ECG and EEG applications, offering high integration and exceptional performance.

· Supports scalable medical instrumentation systems with reduced size, power, and cost.

· Features flexible input multiplexers per channel for test, temperature, and lead-off detection.

· Operates at data rates up to 32kSPS, enabling software pace detection and internal lead-off detection.

· Includes integrated amplifiers for Wilson and Goldberger central terminals in 12-lead ECG systems.

· ADS129xR versions feature integrated respiration impedance measurement.

· Available in 8mm x 8mm 64-ball BGA and TQFP-64 packages, with temperature ranges from 0°C to 70°C or -40°C to +85°C.



FEATURES

· Eight low-noise PGAs and high-resolution ADCs.

· Low power consumption at 0.75 mW/channel.

· Input-referred noise of 4μVPP (150 Hz BW, G=6).

· Data rates from 250SPS to 32kSPS.

· CMRR of -115dB.

· Programmable gain settings: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12.

· Supports AAMI EC11, EC13, IEC60601-1, IEC60601-2-27, and IEC60601-2-51 standards.

· Flexible unipolar or bipolar supplies: AVDD 2.7V to 5.25V, DVDD 1.65V to 3.6V.

· Built-in right leg drive amplifier, lead-off detection, Wilson center terminal, pace detection, and test signals.

· SPI-compatible serial interface.
