Overview

The IR21271 is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver designed for robust monolithic construction using proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies. It is fully operational up to +600V and tolerant to negative transient voltage. The IR21271 is designed with a floating channel for bootstrap operation and is application-specific for motor drive and automotive applications, with a gate drive range of 9 to 20V.
