DESCRIPTION

· The LM80 is a hardware monitor with 7 positive voltage inputs, temperature measurement, fan speed measurement, and I2C interface.
· It performs WATCHDOG comparisons of measured values and has an open-drain interrupt output that activates when values exceed programmed limits.
· Features a chassis intrusion input to monitor and reset external circuits.
· Compatible with both linear and digital temperature sensors, ideal for inputs from sensors like LM50, LM75, and LM56.
· Operates with a supply voltage range of 2.8V to 5.75V and low supply current.

· Temperature sensing with an error of ±3°C max from -25°C to +125°C.
· Voltage monitoring with an error of ±1% max.
