Description
The SE97TL is a DDR memory module temperature sensor with an integrated Serial Presence Detect (SPD) EEPROM. It measures temperature from -40°C to +125°C with ±1°C accuracy between +75°C and +95°C. The device communicates via the I2C-bus/SMBus and is typically mounted on a Dual In-line Memory Module (DIMM) to monitor DRAM temperature. It replaces the Serial Presence Detect (SPD) used to store memory module and vendor information.
