DESCRIPTION

· The SN54LVC14A and SN74LVC14A are hex Schmitt-trigger inverters designed for 2.7-V to 3.6-V and 1.65-V to 3.6-V VCC operation, respectively.
· They contain six independent inverters performing the Boolean function Y = A.
· Inputs can be driven from 3.3-V or 5-V devices, making them suitable for mixed 3.3-V or 5-V system environments.

FEATURES

· Latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78, Class II.
· ESD protection exceeds JESD 22 standards.
· Operates from 1.65 V to 3.6 V VCC.
· Specified temperature ranges: -40°C to +85°C, -40°C to 125°C, and -55°C to 125°C.
· Inputs accept voltages up to 5.5 V.
· Maximum propagation delay of 6.4 ns at 3.3 V.
· Typical output ground bounce (VOLP) <0.8 V and output VOH undershoot (VOHV) >2 V at VCC = 3.3 V, TA = 25°C.
