DESCRIPTION

· The SN74LVC2G14 is a dual Schmitt-trigger inverter designed for 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC operation.

· It contains two inverters performing the Boolean function Y=A, with different input threshold levels for positive-going and negative-going signals due to Schmitt action.

· The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff, which disables the outputs to prevent damaging current backflow when powered down.

FEATURES

· Available in the TI NanoFree™ Package, supporting 5-V VCC operation.

· Inputs accept voltages up to 5.5V with a maximum propagation delay of 5.4 ns at 3.3V.

· Low-power consumption with a maximum ICC of 10-μA and ±24-mA output drive at 3.3V.

· Supports live insertion, partial-power-down mode, and back-drive protection.

· Latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78, Class II.
