Overview

DESCRIPTION



· The SN74LVC2G04 is a dual inverter gate designed for operation with a VCC range of 1.65-V to 5.5-V.

· It performs the Boolean function Y=A and is available in Texas Instruments NanoFree™ package.

· The device supports partial-power-down mode operation with Ioff circuitry to prevent current backflow when powered down.

· It features ESD protection exceeding JESD 22 standards and latch-up performance exceeding 100mA per JESD 78, Class II.



FEATURES



· Supports 5-V VCC operation with inputs accepting voltages up to 5.5V.

· Maximum propagation delay (tpd) of 4.1ns at 3.3V.

· Low power consumption with a maximum ICC of 10-μA.

· Output drive capability of ±24-mA at 3.3V.

· Typical VOLP (Output Ground Bounce) less than 0.8V and VOHV (Output VOH Undershoot) greater than 2V at VCC=3.3V, TA=25°C.
